Full Sun 2.3 available February 8th, 2012

SOHO changed the URLs of the Continuum and Magnetogram detectors and this update incorporates those new paths. Thank you to Larry G. for bringing it to my attention!

Full Sun 2.2 available September 25th, 2010

Earlier this year the SOHO website changed its layout which unfortunately broke Full Sun 2.1. The changes they made to their site are nice though and made it possible for me to improve performance and reduce the size of my gadget. Here’s Full Sun 2.2 with compatibility for the new SOHO site!

Full Moon 3.2.1 October 29th, 2009

A user pointed out that the features of the moon in my display didn’t match the actual moon, and he was right! Somewhere along the way I rotated my moon image and messed that up. It still showed the correct phase, but if you wanted to know which parts were visible and which weren’t it was wrong. Here’s 3.2.1 which corrects that problem!

To try to stop deep-linking to my downloads (I don’t have the bandwidth to support major download sites pulling from me directly), I have moved my WoW addon downloads to my forums. You need to register (free and automated) to access the addon forums, and there you will find all of my published addons available.

Group Calendar 5.0d6 April 1st, 2009

This build fixes all of the bugs I could find in the event editor (note that repeat and auto-close are still unimplemented). Templates now remember the invite list and other event settings correctly, which should fix the problem with the Invite tab jamming up. This build also has a partial German translation (as much as I could take directly from GC4) and I’ll work on getting French and other languages up soon.

Group Calendar 4.5 April 1st, 2009

I’ve released Group Calendar 4.5, which is primarily intended for patch 3.1. This build adds Ulduar (normal and heroic) event types.

NOTE: This build is designed for patch 3.1 and is flagged as 3.1-compatible. While it will work fine on the live servers, it will show as out-of-date until patch 3.1 is released. Use the “Load out of date addons” option in WoW if you want to run this build on the live servers.

Also note that the Ulduar icon will not show up on the live servers since it doesn’t exist yet on those servers. The 3.1 PTR will show the icon just fine, and the icon will show up on the live servers once patch 3.1 is released.

Outfitter 4.5.1 April 1st, 2009

Outfitter 4.5.1 is now available in the forums. The biggest new feature in this version is item comparison tooltips. In addition to WoW’s built-in comparison tooltips which show what you currently have equipped, this feature adds additional comparison tooltips to show you items from your other outfits. My hope is that this will be especially useful to hybrid classes as well as players who play both PvE and PvP content and maintain multiple sets of gear for that.

Outfitter 4.5b2 March 20th, 2009

Hooray – crafted ammo finally works! A big thanks to user Jon for his help with putting this bug to rest. This build also fixes the list of Titles so that it works correctly when you have more than 10. I have a couple remaining things to tweak (limiting the comparison tooltips to five or so outfits for example), but this build seems to be pretty solid.
